How can we improve our security design process – schedule, resources, costs, communication, and deliveries – while driving value through 3D visualization? How do executives make strategic investments in digital transformation programs and ensure the promised value is realized from a digital twin program? And how can the security community support these large-scale digital transformation efforts at a leadership level when security technology or process is not the focus of the program?
In this presentation, we will discuss two case studies.
1. Butchko Inc. security design for Mueller Co. utilizing 3D visualization to achieve 90% design concept approval without a site visit, reduced project schedule, and tangible value to the owner.
2. Airport Digital Twin Program success and lessons where a new Digital Twin Assessment Process (DTAP) was born, with foundations on the bSMART assessment and strategic master planning process.
